What we collect
We collect the information needed to fulfil orders, provide support and prevent abuse. After a successful payment, the checkout email is linked to a private customer profile so that the buyer can see order history and delivery progress. Optional aggregate site analytics are collected only with consent.
Accounts and security
Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes. Activation and password-reset links are time-limited and single use. Order contact and address data is encrypted at rest, customer sessions can be revoked, and administrative access is restricted and audited.
Your choices
Creating a password is optional: an order can still be followed using its order number and checkout email. You can decline optional analytics and may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting the store. Transaction records may be retained where the law requires.
