Website operator and seller
The legal entity shown in the business-information panel operates The Reset System Store and is the seller named on the order confirmation and invoice or receipt. The trading name does not replace the legal entity name.
Prices and tax
Product prices are displayed in CAD. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST that we are required to collect is included in the displayed product price and is not added again at payment. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. Customs duties or import charges are not described as included unless the checkout expressly says so.
Contact and notices
Use the published support address for product, order, cancellation or complaint questions. Never send card details or passwords by email. Formal notices should identify the order number and the customer’s contact details.
Intellectual property and availability
Store text, branding, layout and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product availability, price and content may change before an order is placed; the checkout summary controls the final order submitted for payment.
