1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to consumer purchases placed through The Reset System Store for delivery in the selected market. The legal seller is identified below. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over a conflicting term.
2. Product and order information
Please review the product description, compatibility guidance, contents, quantity, local price, delivery method and total before payment. An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation, unless we promptly reject and refund it because of an obvious error, suspected fraud or inability to supply.
3. Prices, tax and payment
Prices are in CAD and include applicable tax that we are required to collect. Delivery charges are itemised before payment. Stripe securely processes payment information; we do not receive or store the full card number. We do not charge an amount different from the checkout total without permission.
4. Promotions and product claims
A crossed-out reference price is used only when supported by the store’s pricing record and applicable advertising rules. Reviews must come from real customer experiences; the store does not create or publish invented customer reviews. Product imagery and statements labelled as concept or pending approval are not a promise that an unapproved specification is included.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
The Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. We may contact you about address problems or delays. We do not substitute a materially different product without consent.
Canadian consumer rights
Consumer rights and online-contract rules can differ by province or territory. This policy adds a voluntary return route and does not replace any non-waivable provincial or territorial right. Commercial electronic marketing is sent only where a valid CASL basis exists and includes sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional order messages are used to fulfil the purchase.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse contrary to the supplied instructions, normal wear, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Changes and governing rules
The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. We may update future terms when the service, operation or law changes. The law and courts that apply are determined by mandatory consumer rules and the seller’s legal location; these terms do not remove a consumer’s right to bring a claim where applicable law permits.
