Before returning
Contact support with the order number before sending an item. We will provide the applicable instructions and return address.
Condition
Unless consumer law provides otherwise, items should be unused, complete and returned with their original components and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping and processing times depend on the market, carrier and payment provider. Statutory rights are not affected.
