Essential storage
Essential cookies make the shared cart, chosen market, secure login and checkout work. They are used without analytics consent because the requested service cannot operate reliably without them.
- reset_market — remembers the selected market for up to 180 days.
- reset_cart — connects the shared cart for up to 30 days.
- __Secure-reset_customer — keeps a signed-in customer session for up to 30 days.
- __Host-reset_admin — protects an authenticated administrator session for up to 12 hours.
- Stripe may set strictly necessary security and payment cookies inside the embedded payment experience.
Chat and live presence storage
When you open support chat, reset_support is a secure, HTTP-only cookie shared across our store and product subdomains for up to 30 days. It gives this browser access to its own conversation. Session storage remembers that you dismissed the welcome message. After optional measurement is accepted, reset_live gives a browser a short-lived, random identifier shared across our store for up to 30 minutes, so multiple product tabs are not counted separately. It is not used to identify your support conversation.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Only after “Allow analytics & ads” is selected, reset_analytics assigns a random first-party session identifier for up to 365 days, reset_optional_tracking shares that choice across the main store and its product subdomains for up to 365 days, and the Meta Pixel can set or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. These tools measure page and product views, cart actions, checkout starts, purchases, acquisition and performance. Purchase and checkout events may also be sent securely from our server through Meta Conversions API, with browser and server copies deduplicated by event ID. Meta may use received data to measure campaigns, match events and support relevant-audience advertising under its business tools terms. A matching choice is also stored in local browser storage for resilience until changed or cleared.
Manage or withdraw consent
Use “Manage cookies” in the footer to choose Essential only or to allow optional analytics and advertising measurement at any time. Choosing Essential only prevents new first-party analytics, Meta Pixel and consent-dependent Conversions API events and clears accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies from this domain. It does not affect earlier lawful processing or data already received by a provider. Browser controls can also delete cookies and local storage, but blocking essential cookies may break the cart, market selection or login.
Meta and international processing
Meta Platforms is a separate recipient for optional advertising measurement. Depending on location and account settings, Meta may process data in other countries and may provide controls in its own privacy centre. We send only defined commerce events and matching fields after consent; we do not send card numbers, account passwords, support-message contents or free-form address lines to Meta.

Depending on your state and the law that applies to us, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and to appeal a refused request. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
