Processing and transit
Standard delivery is normally processed within 24–48 hours and has an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days. Express delivery is normally processed within 24 hours and has an estimated transit time of 48–72 hours. Weekends, public holidays, remote destinations, customs and carrier disruption may affect estimates. The delivery option shown at checkout controls if an administrator changes these defaults.
Delivery charges and tax
The exact delivery charge is shown in local currency before payment. Product prices include applicable tax collected by the store. Delivery tax, if applicable, is included in the displayed checkout total. We do not promise that third-party customs duties are included unless the checkout expressly says so.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking is available, we add the carrier and tracking reference to the customer account and dispatch email. An order may be split only when reasonably necessary; this does not create an extra delivery charge without consent.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Review the address before payment and contact support immediately if it is wrong. A change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because an address supplied by the customer is incomplete or delivery is repeatedly refused, we will contact the customer before arranging a lawful refund or a chargeable reshipment.
Delay, loss or damage
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will communicate a revised date and any cancellation or refund choice required by law. Report apparent transit damage promptly with the order number and photographs where practical. Do not discard the parcel or product until support confirms the next step.
United States consumer rights
State consumer-protection and warranty rights may provide additional remedies that cannot be excluded by these terms. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation choice and prompt refund required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
